"I of the Storm"

 

The concept and design "I of the Storm" came to be an award-winning look in the Canal Place Dress Fete. An ode to each individual native of New Orleans for being more powerful than the eye of any hurricane. Proper use of materials combined with story-telling won this look 'People's Choice' & 'Best in Show'.

This look is dedicated to Big Chief Dump. Dump believed in my vision when it was a mere abstract idea and helped me to bring it to life.
