A Mystical Evening-

1st Solo Exhibit

This look and exhibit were inspired by an article read on Noir 'N Nola about Tignon Laws - how it was illegal for Black women to wear their hair out in public. Once I read this article it led to a wild sequence of events that ultimately resulted in my very first solo fashion exhibit. Here is where I learned that I can't do everything alone. Here is where I learned that exhibiting my art exchanges some of the innocence of my work with the politics of business. And most importantly, here is where I learned that this fashion thing is indeed *a calling*.

Love to my entire team and support system.
